Shipping Information 

We pack all our records with sturdy, protective materials to keep your vinyl safe on its way to you. Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times

  • Italy: usually 24–72 hours after dispatch

  • Europe: around 3–7 business days

  • Worldwide: varies by destination

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Packaging

Every vinyl is shipped using:

  • strong mailers designed for records,

  • extra padding to prevent corner bumps and bends,

  • additional protection for special editions or larger orders.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours and send photos of the box and the contents.
We’re not responsible for damage caused by rough handling during transit, but we’ll always do our best to help you out.

Delays or Missing Packages

Courier delays can happen. If something seems off, just reach out and we’ll look into it for you.
