1. Returns & Exchanges
You’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if something’s not right.
Just reach out to us first—don’t send anything back without checking in. Items sent back with a previous contact WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
To return an item, it should:

be in the same condition you got it,

come with the original packaging, and
-
include proof of purchase.
2. Shipping Damage
Any issue related to a package that arrives damaged from the outside must be reported within 48 hours of receiving it. We take great care in preparing each order in the best possible way and documenting its condition BEFORE handing it over to the sorting center, so that we always have a point of reference in case of unfortunate events of this kind.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for external damage to the package caused by poor handling during transportation.
If your record shows up dinged, cracked, bent, or otherwise not the way it should be, please email us within 72 hours.
Send photos of:
-
the damage,
-
the packaging, and
-
the shipping label.
We just want the best for everyone who support our small business so we always try to help out or sort something out in case this unlikely event should happen
3. What We Can’t Take Back
Some things just can’t be returned:
-
opened records without defects,
-
used vinyl listed and graded correctly,
-
sale/clearance items (optional: unless they arrive damaged),
-
gift cards and digital downloads,
-
special orders or super-limited items we can't restock.
4. Refunds
Once your return gets back to us and we’ve checked it out, we’ll process your refund.
You’ll see the money back in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs aren’t refundable unless it was our mistake or a defective item.
5. Sending Items Back
Before mailing anything, get in touch so we can give you the right return info.
Return shipping is usually on you, unless the item was damaged or defective.
We recommend using tracked shipping so nothing gets lost on the way.
